How to Send Your Materials

To ensure the best quality and preservation of your keepsake jewellery, please carefully follow the instructions below when sending your materials.

Step 1 – Place Your Order

Choose your jewelry piece, complete your purchase, and submit all required details at checkout or via our customization form.

Step 2 – Prepare Your Materials

Please ensure each material is packaged separately to avoid contamination or damage.

👶 Baby Hair

Hair must not contain tape or adhesive.
Wrap the hair in a paper towel.
Place it inside a zip-lock bag.
Clearly label the bag with the child’s name.
If sending hair from more than one child, please place each sample in a separate, labeled zip-lock bag.

🍼 Breast Milk

The collection date is not required.
Milk can be fresh or frozen.
A minimum of 5 ml is required.
Please place the milk in a sealed container or syringe (do not transfer between containers to avoid waste).
Place the container or syringe inside a zip-lock bag.

🦷 Baby Tooth

Wrap the tooth in a paper towel.
Place it inside a zip-lock bag.

🤍 Umbilical Cord

Wrap the cord in a paper towel.
Place it inside a zip-lock bag.

⚠️ Important:
If your jewellery includes more than one material (for example: breast milk, baby hair, and umbilical cord), each material must be sent in its own individual zip-lock bag.
Materials must never be mixed together, as this may compromise preservation.

Carefully package all labeled zip-lock bags and send them using your preferred shipping method.

Step 4 – Confirmation & Production

Once your materials are received, you will receive a confirmation email.
Production of your jewellery will begin from the date of receipt.

⏳ Production Time

Your keepsake jewellery will be completed within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the design and complexity of the piece.
